The hotel is definitely recommended to all. All the rooms are extremely spacious and updated with large balconies + + + and the staff is exceptionally kind. Glad to have climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Location: the hotel was not far from the mountains and all the downtown sights and beautiful Morelia. Morelia Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Really enjoyed the way our standard villa was arranged. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. The service offered was excellent.

Everything was well-maintained - central location and excellent service. Updated & new-fashioned room, a safe box, television, coffee and tea making facilities in there. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention fast wifi! Location just next door to central city area, and all the downtown sights.

Nice touch with headboard reading lights. Great customer service, professional and welcoming staff. Surprised with wine and flowers for our anniversary. Great rooftop lounge area, close to town center. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff, provide maps and recommendations. Fresh flowers in the room. They make it special.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was close to the historic centre, with only a short walk up to the plaza. The staff were helpful and provided a map of the area, as well as offering tour assistance. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.
